Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
By accessing this website and using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use the Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC if you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Services
a. The Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC provides services in nursing subjects to assist clients in improving their understanding and performance.
b. Staff are selected based on their qualifications and experience in nursing education.
c. Each tutoring consists of a 50-minute session online meeting with a nursing tutor familiar in the content for which you are requesting assistance.
2. Payment
a. Payment for services is due in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed upon.
b. The Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC accepts payments as specified on our website.
c. Prices for services are subject to change at the discretion of the Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC; but changes will not affect payments already made.
d. No refunds will be issued for services. Unused sessions will not be refunded.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a. Tutors will wait 10 minutes for the client to join the online tutoring session. After 10 minutes, the client voids the session without the ability to receive a credit or refund. Skills appointments will be cancelled after 15 minutes of the client not arriving for appointment time.
b. If you are unable to keep your tutoring session or skills appointment, you must contact the center by either email [email protected] or by phone at (904) 597-5111 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid forfeiting the session.
4. Conduct
a. Users must conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all that promotes positive and constructive interactions.
b. Harassment, discrimination, offensive language, disruptive or abusive behavior, threats, intimidation, or any unlawful activity will not be tolerated. Such behavior will result in suspension or termination of accounts, loss of access to services or resources, and legal action where necessary. Refunds will not be issued if account and access is terminated due to misconduct.
5. Confidentiality
a. Both Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC staff and clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or academic information shared during tutoring sessions.
b. Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC will not disclose personal information of students or tutors to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
a. The Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LCC is not liable for any academic outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
b. We do not guarantee specific results, grades, or improvements in academic performance.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of the Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Amendments
a. The Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
