Terms of Service and Refund Policy
Welcome to the Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC. These Terms of Service outline the conditions governing the use of our website and tutoring services.
By accessing this website or scheduling services, you agree to comply with the terms described below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
1. Services
a. Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC provides tutoring and educational support services intended to assist students and professionals in reviewing nursing-related concepts and coursework.
b. Tutors are selected based on relevant experience and familiarity with nursing education topics. Services are intended for educational support and do not replace formal academic instruction.
c. Standard tutoring sessions consist of a 50-minute online meeting with a tutor who is familiar with the requested subject area.
2. Payment
a. Payment for tutoring sessions, mentorship, or other services must be completed in advance unless otherwise agreed upon by the center.
b. Payments must be made using the methods available through the website or scheduling system.
c. Prices and service offerings may change periodically. Any changes will not affect services that have already been purchased.
3. Refund Policy
a. Due to the scheduling and preparation involved in tutoring services, payments are generally non-refundable once a session has been scheduled or services have been provided.
b. Purchased tutoring sessions or packages must be used within the applicable scheduling period unless otherwise approved by the center.
c. Refunds will not be issued based on academic performance, examination results, or personal expectations regarding outcomes.
d. Clients agree to contact the center directly to resolve billing or scheduling concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session or skills appointment.
b. Tutors will wait up to 10 minutes for online tutoring sessions. If the client does not join within that time, the session may be considered missed and will not be refunded or credited.
c. Skills appointments may be cancelled after 15 minutes if the client does not arrive for the scheduled time.
5. Conduct and Use of Services
a. Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally when interacting with tutors or using the services of the center.
b. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threats, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Such conduct may result in suspension or termination of services.
c. If services are terminated due to misconduct, no refunds or credits will be issued.
6. Confidentiality
a. Tutors and clients are expected to respect the confidentiality of personal or academic information shared during tutoring sessions.
b. The center will not disclose personal information except when required by law or as necessary to operate the services described on this website.
7. Educational Disclaimer
a. Tutoring services are intended to support learning and academic preparation.
b. The center does not guarantee specific grades, examination results, licensure outcomes, or academic achievements.
8. Intellectual Property
Materials shared during tutoring sessions, including notes, worksheets, and learning resources, remain the property of the Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC, and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
9. Amendments
a. The center may update these Terms of Service periodically.
b. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
