Tutoring Pricing
Each tutoring consists of a 50-minute session online meeting with a nursing tutor familiar in the content for which you are requesting assistance.
The client will receive a link to the online tutoring session via email 24 hours prior to the scheduled tutoring session.
Tutors will wait 10 minutes for the client to join the online session. After 10 minutes, the client voids the session without the ability to receive a credit or refund.
If you are unable to keep your tutoring session, you must contact the center by either email [email protected] or by phone at (904) 597-5111 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid forfeiting the session.
Package Deals - Terms and Conditions
Each package deal offers 4 sessions in a one-month period that begins on the 1st of the month following the purchase. While it is recommended that this be once a week, clients may use the sessions more often if they choose (based on tutor availability).
Sessions may not be stacked into larger blocks of time (i.e. back-to-back sessions for a longer overall session) as this is not congruent to learning and limits the availability of the tutor for other clients.
Unused sessions may not be rolled into the next month.
Sessions may not be moved up from the next month to the current month if all 4 sessions are used.
If a client needs additional tutoring sessions in the month past the allotted sessions on the plan, we will offer a discounted rate of only $10 per additional session.
