Intellectual Property and Use of Educational Materials
The Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC develops and provides educational materials in connection with tutoring sessions, mentorship programs, and academic preparation services. These materials are protected intellectual property.
Ownership of Materials
All educational materials provided through tutoring sessions, mentorship programs, workshops, or website resources remain the property of the Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC, unless otherwise stated. This includes tutoring notes, study guides, worksheets, presentations, digital resources, learning frameworks, and website content.
Permitted Use
Educational materials are provided solely for the personal learning use of registered clients. Participants may use these materials for their own study and educational development.
Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission from the Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC, users may not:
• reproduce or distribute tutoring materials
• upload materials to websites or online platforms
• record tutoring sessions or mentorship meetings
• sell, license, or commercially use educational content
• share materials with individuals who are not registered participants
Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of services.
Protection of Content
All educational resources, course materials, and website content are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use may lead to enforcement actions where appropriate.
Policy Updates
The Nursing Education Support and Tutoring Center of Northeast Florida, LLC may update this policy periodically to reflect operational or legal considerations. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current policy.
